We built Converz because we kept seeing the same thing: teams that knew the theory but froze in the moment. Everyone had been trained — the courses, the in-company days, the e-learning — and nobody could tell you whether any of it had actually worked. The gap between a training slide and a real conversation was enormous, and no one was closing it.
So we built the place to get good at it. Practice out loud, against someone who pushes back like the real thing, as many times as it takes, connected to the real conversations where it has to show.
We exist to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Training shows people what good looks like. Getting good at it takes practice, and it has to show in the work. That is what Converz is for.
We're a small team from Nijmegen, building Converz since 2021. We kept seeing the same thing, in the best way: give people room to practice, and you can hear the difference within weeks.
